They were implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX for a German cosmetic major. Due to their complex requirements in production related business processes, the client needed to customise and build extensions on Microsoft Dynamics AX. Most of the modifications related to production and inventory.

Requirement StudyFor each requirement, the initial concept note was given to us to post requirements gathering done at the end-user site.
Enterprise Design DocumentBased on our feedback on the concept note and following clarifications with the end-user the client developed a final detailed requirement document along with their effort estimates.
Estimate & Statement of Work ApprovalBased on this final Enterprise Design Document, we developed a final proposal along with our effort estimates. This final estimate was approved and a Statement of Work (SOW) was sent to the client. On approval of the SOW a work order was issued.
Development PhaseCode was developed on MorphX and X++.
Quality AuditingPre-code-handover, internal quality audits were run on the code:
- Test Plan
- Develop Test Cases
- Manual Testing
- Bug-fixing (if any)
Transition & AcceptanceThe quality audited code was implemented in the central server via VPN connection. Post code delivery, the client conducted a user acceptance test and issued a Development Approval.
