As a Dev Center SAGlobal receives Level 400 support from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 R&D, this includes a combination of email support, special product/ISV workshop invites, inclusion in early adopter and TAPs (Technology Adopter Programs), updates on upcoming technical news, training and new opportunities, promotions, and regular communication with R&D teams. This ensures that SAGlobal is acclimatized well in advance on all new Dynamics technologies, platforms, tools and functionality roadmaps to assist other Microsoft partners and their customers.

What Kind of Services Does a Microsoft Development Center Provide

Our world-wide presence, in-depth experience and specialization in Microsoft Dynamics has given us the experience to be the go-to Partner for assisting new and existing ISVs with submitting their solution to AppSource, multi-country, enterprise implementations as well as complex product development projects and other services such as migrating from older Dynamics versions to the most current version, or from on premise to cloud versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365, or customer support around Microsoft Dynamics.

Microsoft ISV Development Centers can assist Microsoft Partners with projects such as these:

  • Assisting a new Microsoft ISV to build or port their business solution to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This might include such services as solution envisioning, architectural design, functional requirements definition, coding, testing, quality assurance, performance tuning, documentation, deployment, user acceptance testing, and ongoing support. While the Dev Center is doing this work, the Partner/Customer may choose to have their own development team work alongside the Dev Center Team so that at the end of the project the Partner/Customer is trained and ready to become self-sufficient.
  • Assisting an ISV with readying their solution for submission to AppSource.
  • Migrating Dynamics CRM, AX, and NAV customers from older versions to Microsoft Dynamics 365, or from on-premise to cloud versions. This might include such services as data migration, customization upgrades, new version training and integration to new Microsoft technologies (Power BI, Flow, CDS, etc.)

These are just samples of how a Dev Center may work with a Partner or Partner’s customer, or with an ISV who wants to get trained while they are getting experienced assistance in building their new Microsoft solution.
